A: Yes. For the first aid kit: you can customize your logo print on the box or bag or make a label that prints your logo stuck on the box, but each content does not show the original Country. And we may charge you an extra printing fee.

Q: How about the delivery time?
A: Between two weeks to one month, depending on the quantity ordered. If you are sourcing a product, our representative will give you specific information regarding the lead time. Contact our representatives to discuss your particular needs if you need a rush order.

Q: How can I get samples promptly?
A: Please get in touch with our representative via email, fax, or phone to specify the sample you need and provide your courier ( as UPS, FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.) account No. And we'll send samples through your courier by freight collection. For overseas customers, a sample value under USD 15.00 is ordinarily free of charge. As a courtesy, Your courier and sample charges can be refunded from 1st order.

Q: How about the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and Minimum Order Amount (MOA)?
A: For the First Aid Kits, the MOQ is 3000 sets. For other medical items, the MOA is USD 3,000.00 for less than three items per order. For the first aid kit: if you want inside contents with your logo without extra charge, the minimum quantities are as follows: Adhesive bandage / Band-aid: 2 colours, 500,000 pcs Wet wipes: 2 colours, 50000 pcs Other items: 20000pcs
